Widget Sidebat At Bottom

This issue became apparent earlier today before I upgraded. After upgrading, the issue is still here.

You can see where the bottom widgets are, and then the bottom left gray box is where the sidebar widgets should go, which isn't on the side anymore.

Error Code 3S172/1
Error Message: You do not have permission to manage the sidebar.

Same issue here with the same theme. Is there any fix for this?
