Is This IPS4 Table Tutorial Still Accurate?

I am new to IPS and wondering if this tutorial is still accurate? Links are broken in the article. I am not able to get IPSHelpersTableDb to work when trying to create a custom Pages Listing template. I am trying to pull custom field data into a table as described in the blog article.

I received word from IPS tech support that the article doesn't work with the lastest version of 4.x and only is left up because it is still relevant for 3.x. The title seems misleading to me because it suggests the content is for IPS4.
