IP addresses should be shown on comments (and PMs)

At the moment, the IP is shown on forum posts, but nowhere else. It can be really useful to have IPs on PMs if a member is spamming other members with PMs (but no forum posts), and also to verify that a request from a member is really from them and not someone who has accessed their account (yes, it's not perfect, but it's better than nothing).

I'm hoping that this is just an oversight and not an intentional change.
