Please, add ability to hide sidebar in homepage

Please, add ability to hidden sidebar in homepage (pages) articles, but maintain in single article views!

I've fix with "hide" via jquery. Now is display: none in home, appear again in single article (but setting is best than jquery fix).

Thanks to this my homepage contain only article list and, imho, is best.

 

Also, in single article isn't present "how many time article is read".

I can show this only inside category list view :/
