"Let others see that I follow this" add to default settings

Can you put this in the actual default settings so a user doesn't have to uncheck it every time if that is their preference? When you click to change the default settings it is not there, and it would be nice. Of course still leave the choice in the followed content/member.

Either that or have it save the default state from the last saved follow. So you uncheck once, save. The next content item/member you go to follow, it is unchecked.
