Some post are not reacheable

Hi ! 

I installed a 3x verison of IPB and performed a migration from SMF, next I upgrade to 4x.

For any reason some of the topics I imported got stucked in the category forum instead of the forum. As they can be found by a simple search, when you want to access them you get this error:

You dont have permission to view this:

 error code: 2F173/K

any way of get this topics to life ?
