"Topic Feed" Widget not showing all posts?

It seems the Topic Feed widget is filtering some posts. I am not sure why. Same thing happens with default theme.

These are my settings.

Widget cache is set to 60 seconds. Show Forums: All.
Widget got updated showing another topic, but missing the topic "Lustige Vids"

Made some test posts there. Same result

Even if I set the Forum Filter to "Public" it's missing

Any Idea why it is filtering some topics?

Found the solution. Since the data got upgraded and migrated sometimes the topic had "moved_to" column set to 0 which caused them to not appear.
