Member Reputation Issue - Rules?

Hey guys, so I'm having issues with members creating alt accounts just to screw with rep points. However my main issue is that when a member is banned or deleted the points that account handed out stays.

I need to be able to wipe all points given by an account when that account is banned or deleted. I thought about maybe using Rules to do it, so if banned = wipe reputation points, but there isn't any actions for that.

Any ideas? Surely I would have thought this would have been part of the base IPB system that when a member gets deleted all it's content and actions get wiped...
