Show chat in Nav Bar

I activate the Chat module and give the permission to members but the Chat don't show at all. How can i add the "Chat" to navbar?

Also i have 2 pages: a bug tracker and a Tasks. I want to show the BugTracker in the Nav bar to anyone but the "Tasks" module i want to appears only to Staff members. I give the permission and normal users can See the "Tasks" opcion in Nav bat but can't enter. I don't know how to make visible only to Staff members.

I have IPS 4.1.7
