Display city and state with avatar information

I don't see any area of users to input their city and state. So a 2 part question.

How do I integrate the Geolocation software to display city and state with users profiles (probably best thing to do),

or

How can i integrate that info into the user profile, and then display it?

This is a for a 4.1.x install.
