Reword "Show me" options in stream and/or add tooltips

I've seen a lot of users not know how to not see all the posts of a topic in the stream, and I think the language in streams can be more user friendly, and even tooltips can be added.

Maybe...

Show me (Show me sounds restrictive as in you could be filtering out info when in fact it is there just not listed individually) 
Perhaps:
Show results as, Results listed as or Stream Format, Results Format
Then:
Content items, comments, and reviews
Content items only
Individual posts (tooltip: Each post of the content item will be listed individually including replies, comments, and reviews)
Content items (tooltip: The content item will be listed once and marked new with each reply, comment, or review)
only also sounds restrictive, same reason.
