Bugs sorted by record starter in Sort >> Custom please

Could IPS add "Sorted by record starter" to the Bug Tracker sorting?

Forums have this under Custom in Sort, but records do not.

I created streams but streams don't show the last activity when in content only mode (a bug that has not been fixed yet) but also they do not include the fixed and pending tags, and it would be great to see that in a list of our own bugs, so streams won't work for this.
