Error EX1210 (Incorrect arguments to mysqld_stmt_execute)

Hello; yesterday our site started throwing generic_error EX1210 and will not display any content. We are unable to access the ACP or restart the webserver or database server right now. We have not installed anything or changed anything and the error seems to have started on it's own.

 

The logs show the following for pretty much any request we make:

Problem went away when I updated to PHP 7.0 (Was using PHP 5.6).
