Mulilingual url/domain structure

In my opinion, IPS framework is missing one important feature: seo-friendly language urls. In my case, this is even a major setback, so I have to figure out a custom hook by myself.

I think IPB should have at least an option to treat multilang url-based, not cookie-based.

For example,

http://ips.com/topic/1-sample-topic/

for default language, and

http://ips.com/it/topic/1-sample-topic/

for, say, italian.
