Please show the Likes (heart) in topic/post embeds etc.

Please show the number of likes in a topic/post/article comment etc. embed.

You already show the ratings for topics, but I find topic ratings pretty useless.

It would really help in determining the value. Someone points you to a guide and in the embed you see the Likes.
