Offline site

Hi,

I just upgraded my forum from v3.x to V4.1.3.2.
The forum is offline as I'm testing it.
But there were 2 new members today! How is it possible?
The access is only for the administrator.

Also, how to remove or hide the Connection button on the offline page?
With the v3.x, this button was only visible for the group who has access to the offline site.
