3 day old service request - no help :(

I've had a ticket open for 3 days with NO help. Pretty awful customer service. Ticket number: 932624

Since my upgrade, my gallery has stopped working, the URL to the images are this:

As you can see, it's putting an additional part of the URL at the beginning.

 

Also, subscriptions have gone in this, how do I get them back? I see 1 reference to it being part of Nexus on the website, but then it's called commerce else where. What do I need to do for this to work?

I too am having slow responses to a couple of support tickets after my upgrade from 4.0.x to 4.1.3.2

My users can no longer upload photos from iPhones and iPads - and unsure of what other mobile devices.
