Back button gets "Confirm Form Resubmission" when sorting

The back button is very useful, but when filtering forums and going to a topic you can't go back to the results without "Confirm Form Resubmission" and refreshing. Can this be fixed for ease of navigation?

This would be really nice as I use these filters a lot and use the back button after reading.
