restore the default theme

Once I upgrade my version comes out everywhere in the above field the following message:

[[Template core/front/global/utilitiesMenu does not exist. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

What to do to remove it?

You would need to manually update your themes templates, or contact the author of the theme to see if an updated version is available for IPS 4.1.

If you're feeling confident enough to do it yourself, try the following.

In the ACP

Click the "Customization" tab
Click "Themes"
Click the "</>" icon (it may be in the drop down depending on your resolution)
You will now see the Template Editor, which a single file is opened "globalTemplate"

In this file you will see a reference to utilitiesMenu along the lines of  {template='utilitiesMenu' app='core' group='global'} or very close to it - remove that line.

This is a template that no longer exists, if that's the only error you're seeing - then it sounds like you're in luck because your theme consists of only css modifications :p

If you need help with this don't hesitate to send me a PM :)

Good luck

I'm using the default skin and get this message when trying to open the gallery:
2015.11.06_01.thumb.png.7904fd4bb97208cd

Any ideas?

Yes, I did. I've also deleted all custom skins before installing the upgrade (4.0.13.1 > 4.1.3.2)...

Nobody?

If u have restore default theme and cache and continue to have this issue, i think is best to open a ticket... :/

Just revert the skin on global template.

there is nothing to revert...

can you not hit the '+ add theme'

then set the new theme added as the default one ?
