Fresh Install Stalled

I've uploaded to my server under /forum/, had our server PHP version upgraded, and I'm having an issue: 

Whilst installing, on Server Details, I put it my SQL details, leaving all other details alone, and I get the error message: 

No such file or directory

I don't know why? I presume it's to do with the Site URL, but the directory /forum/ very much does exist - that's exactly where my files are! 

 

Any help is appreciated.
