Suggestion: "User changed profile pic" act like status in stream, like and comment.

Would be cool if these acted like a status update in the stream (and on page), in other words, be able to like and comment on them directly from stream, and show it larger (and when hovering show the full size instead of the hovercard).

So it becomes a status on their page and when they change pics again, the old status is still there.

For this to work well, full size profile pics would need to be larger. Which imo they should be anyway. (Is that a setting?)

Of course this could be disabled in admin, because that's already a setting (not to show pic changes in stream). Or it could be treated as a status.
