Just upgraded and getting 2T187/2 error on nearly all IPS pages

Hey there,

 

I've just sent a request to support but thought someone might have a solution here. 

 

After upgrading all the board pages such as /login, online staff ect give the error 2T187/2. I can't login to the front end of the forums (while /admin login works fine). It will not load any type of service page within the forum.

 

Any thoughts appreciated,
