ZakRhyno Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 In IPB 3 series, there was a database of error codes I could look up if something didn't go right and I had to look up what the error mean. Now that IPB 4 series is out and I don't see the updated error codes. Will they push out to us (customers) so we can look up things for reference? Sometimes looking up the code makes it a simple fix vs it sometimes not. We have to open a ticket and wait for a reply from support which takes time yes, but looking up the code may be quicker and address the matter.
