IP.Chat 2 Qs: Resizing the window + Adding Avatars

Loving IPB 4! Thanks for all the hard work : ). I've got two critical questions about IP.Chat:

1. The chat window does not scale and is too small on most of my users' monitors. How can I manually increase its height? AND/OR Allow users to scale it?
2. Is there any way for me to add avatars to the chat app, similar to in IPB 3? Similarly: possible to add bbcode support?
