Cannot Logout

[Walking Lightly]

• I have an intermittent error where I try to logout while I am on forum using my computer  and the latest version of IE and got this message. It appeared to prompt me to download something?

• “Do you want to open or save ipsconnect.json (20 bytes) from mywebsite.com Open Save Cancel”

• Another member posted this on my forum. 
• "I signed out and noticed I didn't get signed out and instead got an error page: {"status":"BAD_KEY"}”
