301 redirect from old pages

1. After the upgrade, I set up the URL as they were before! But how to add the following rules to redirect???

from

http://www.mysite.com/forum/topic/1/page-2

 

то

http://www.mysite.com/forum/topic/1/?page-2

 

from

http://www.mysite.com/forum/user/1/

 

то

http://www.mysite.com/forum/profile/1/

 

2. Also, htaccess only works for pages with a URL like:

http://www.mysite.com/forum/index.php?/topic/1/

but not for my old URL like:

http://www.mysite.com/forum/index.php/topic/1/

 

I really need your help friends  :-)
