SQL query: forums readable by a permission set

I'm trying to write a SQL query that will SELECT all forums that are readable (i.e., where the "Read Topics" permission is checked) for a specific Permissions Set (e.g., perm_name = 'Member Forum Mask').

Hope that makes sense.
