Emoticon window size

I'm looking for a way to change the width of the emoticon window in the editor.  Our members are quite annoyed with having to scroll both vertically and horizontally.  Have already been in touch with IPS support, and their only advice was to see if I could find a hook or third party app for it.  So far, I've come up empty handed.  Could anyone here point me in the right direction?

We'd like this too -- however when they click on our emoticons, it only shows the first three rows and they have to select "Categories" and then "Default" then all the emoticons show with a vertical scroll bar.  If we could have emoticons open larger (and show more) by default, that would definitely be an improvement
