Facebook Connect

Hello,

I'm using IPS 4.0.13.1 and I have recently implemented Facebook Connect to allow users to register/login using their facebook credentials.

My question/issue is, when they sign up through facebook, they are prompted for an email, which they are then required to validate. 

What I want is to validate email of users that register directly to the forum, but if the login through facebook, I was the email to be populated with their facebook email and not have to validate. Is this possible and is what I'm experiencing the default behaviour of Facebook Connect with IPS?
