Height of cover photos across all apps

Greetings,

I've been able to find a solution in the forums for making the profile cover picture larger in height by adding to the custom.css file the following:

#elProfileHeader {
height: 250px;
}

This is a good size for my profile but I also need it to be the same in the calendar event listings, blogs and any other apps in the community suite which allow for a cover picture in order to have a consistent look throughout the site.

The profile fix is the only one I could find other than the setting in Members > Social which only has "Maximum cover photo size?" and that only covers kb limitations.
