Update 4.0.13 error versions.json

Hi

I was upgrading from version 4.0.12.1 to version 4.0.13, after loading all of the files the upgrade is stuck with this error:

file_get_contents(/home//public_html/forum/applications/addlinks/data/versions.json): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Somewhere else with this problem?

I solved the problem. Two applications to date not caused the system to hang during upgrade. I updated these two applications and redid the procedure and everything went well!
