Reveal registration question depending on awnser

Hello,

for the registration/profile questions that you awnser on sign up I have a radio called "how did you find us" and it allows users to click how they found the forum. One of the awnsers is "other", I wanted it so when someone clicks the other button a text question will appear asking what the "other" is, is this possible?
