Edit for status updates please... now with full editor more mistakes happen

Please add edit for status updates. Members have the full editor now and can make styling and image mistakes they want to correct. Hyperlinks, etc.

There is only Lock Hide Delete, needs Edit and these should also be permissions in groups and none of them are.

Is this a possibility? I don't know of any other area you can't edit your content, why here? You can edit a FB status. Only makes sense. These a full-featured posts now.

It's odd mods/admin can't even edit their own or other statuses. How was that overlooked? How can you moderate a status? You can't. Only delete.

Permission-based editing would solves all this.

Is it possible a mod could do this? Make them editable using the edit time window of site and show an Edit button? Or is that something only a core function would do?

I'd request as a mod but don't know if it's possible.
