Exclude category from board statistics

Hi,

is it possible to exclude some categories from board total statistics? I have a category where RSS import posts automatically new content, and it increases posts and topics count. I'd like to esclude this category from the total count, otherwise I have to empty it after a certain period.

Is there anyway to do it?
