Code error EX2 (IPB 4.0.12.1)

Hello,

Since I put in update in IPB "4.0.12.1" I can not edit topics, it leaves me: Error code: EX2
Create topic works but change a topic does not.

I tried all the solution from the support module, but nothing there.
