Cannot Upload Images on Topics

Hello everyone,

I seem to be having troubles when uploading photos onto a topic on my forums. I am able to upload photos any where else on the forums (ie. profile picture, cover photo, etc).

Here are screenshots to show what is happening.

 

 

As you can see in this picture I put in a valid screenshot

It continues to spin. I left it going for about 4 hours and still no progress.

If anyone has any suggestions please send them.

It's a known issue. bug report created.

Will be fixed in 4.0.12

Thanks  Do you happen to know when the new update will be coming out since I really need to add header images on my topics.
