Fatal error upgrading issue

I get this error in step 7 Upgrade

•   Login
•   System Check
•   License
•   Applications
•   Upgrade Options
•   Confirm
•   Upgrade (this is the step i get this error)

Any Idea to solve this issue?

Hello,

Did you move all of your IPB 3.4.7-3.4.8 Files out or deleted them and just keep these.

/downloads
/public
/screenshots
conf-global.php

Oh okay so delete your old IPB3 files and just keep these files if you have them

Keep these on the bottom that I listed you okay

/uploads
/downloads
/public
/screenshots
conf-global.php

If you need further help you should fill out a support ticket okay
