Pages Block Won't Go Away

So I tired to create a page using the page builder.  After dropping in a WYSIWYG editor from the block manager, I typed some text.  Later I decided to delete it. When I refresh the page its still there.  I deleted the pages from the Admin CP, but whenever I create a new page, that old block is still there with the text I typed.  This must be a bug as I can't understand why it keeps appearing. So frustrating.
