Only display custom template block on desktop?

I've just been creating a custom skin on my forum with a large header that works fine on desktop but it way too big and complicated for mobile use, therefore I was wondering if there is any way I can set this template bit only to display on desktops instead of mobiles?

I did notice this code which seems to call template bits only for mobiles, but is there a way to do the opposite and only call bits for desktop?
