While upgrading from 3.x to 4.0 I get a a "foreign key constraint fails"

Hi,

anyone had something similar? When trying to upgrade the members on a 3.x board to 4.0 it fails with a " "Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails""

Now the question is, are there any logs for the upgrade process? As I do not really know which row/table was the problem?
