CMS 4.0.8.1 - Embed external content

Hello,

I am on 4.0.8.1 - I would like to know how I can embed external content into a new CMS html page. This page will have a link on the top nav menu and then inside the CMS frame will call the external webpage content. I tried using jQuery and such, but that doesn't seem to fly.

Is there a "standard" way of doing this?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
