Can't modify, add & delete user groups.

Hello.

I've been using IP.Board 4.0.8 for almost 3 days now and everything works fine, but I cannot seem to modify, delete or add any usergroup.

The database is an upgraded 3.4.8 but I suspect this should not be an issue.

Anything else still works; I can modify users, they can register.. It's just can't do anything with the usergroups, I get this nice message from the ACP:
