Searching for members... needs type-ahead ability

Member search needs type-ahead like the Author field has. You don't always remember the exact spelling of a name.

It works in the Author field but that disappears when you click Member and we are supposed to use the Search Term field. "Search Term" is also a bit confusing. Maybe use the Author field which already has type-ahead build in. IPB 3 used the Author field.

You could rename it Member when you are searching for members. But using the Search Term field is not the best.
