Users cant register

Hi,

When I try to register new members it fails with the following error message:

 

 

Something went wrong. Please try again.

 

Error code: EX2

It's a new setup and the last thing I did before trying to add the first user was to upgrade to the latest version. What could be wrong?

Thanks for the help but sadly that did not fix the problem. I think it's something with selecting the display name that is not working.
