I have one user, who posts broken smilies. Source is this:

<img title=":)" alt=":)" data-cke-saved-src="http://hoitajat.net/foorumi/uploads/default_smile.png" src="http://hoitajat.net/foorumi/uploads/default_smile.png">

Correct path is 

http://hoitajat.net/uploads/default_smile.png

I have moved my forum to sites root some weeks ago, so this cant be cache issue?
