The server crashes after upgrading to 3.4.8 because of the design

Hi. Just upgraded my forum to 3.4.8 version and saw that sites on the server including mine gone crashed. Checked the server monitor live and saw the Ram is full (4 gigs) and the cpu load is between 98-100%. When shut down the forum the load gone to normal but even after killing apache processes which took all the resources. The error log shows:

I tried to disable all hoocks but that not helped. After that I remembered that in the upgrade instruction was notification:

"Step Five: Handling Custom Skins and Languages"

I tried to return default desing to default IPB and the problem disapeared. 

Please advise how to fix this big problem.

Problem is resolved. The site was hacked and has included malicious code.
