Wayne B Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 HiSo in IPB4 you can create support tickets direct from the ACP and they then appear in your client area on the invisionpower.com website. What would be really useful is if you could still manage and see the support requests from the ACP to save logging in to the website and also introduce a notification system in the ACP so you know that a new response is waiting.Im sure this could be improved even further but just a couple of ideas to get started.Thanks
