​Question, what is this used for? The member id.

This hook was requested by someone on here so I figured I'd make it available to all who may need it. Just shows the Member ID to Admins and Mods in the post screen. The member id is just an id assigned to each of your users in the database. It is a way to identify a user as it will remain constant and not change for the lifetime of the user.

    Show Member ID on Posts not working for me.

    Is there any setting in the ACP or elsewhere to config?

    Thank you for updating for 4.1.  The member ID is visible to admins, however not for members, is there a permissions setting?

    I'd like my members to see their membership ID's.  I can't find where I can set this up, can you help me find this setting?  If it doesn't exist, can you add a feature so we can show this to all users?  I'd also like to see it in the users profile.

    This plugin will only show it to Admins and Moderators.

    Great, nice work!!  One problem though...  I can see the entry twice.  Take a look at this screenshot:

    Is this no longer supported? The plugin settings keep resetting themselves to no chosen groups and "everyone" unticked. I have tried both 4.2ONLY and the other one for good measures. I am on 4.3.5 though. And by the way - is there any where else I can find Member ID?

    Yes, there are intentions to update it. Hoping this coming weekend to move through this and a few other quick plugins I have.
