"XMLReader::open(): Unable to open source data" during installation

Hello,

During installation (or upgrade), an error is displayed: "XMLReader::open(): Unable to open source data" (screenshot).

My case appears to be isolated so I wonder if the problem isn't a server configuration. Does anyone have an idea ?

I feel that the situation improves when I put "On" for allow_url_fopen and allow_url_include in php.ini.

The fact write the following line to top of a page seems to have an influence : libxml_disable_entity_loader(false);

So, I think I can say that my problem is related to PHP, but I'm in the dark (my phpinfo) ...

Thank you and good day.

Going to bump this...

I have the same issue. Restarting php-fpm before uploading skin files and upgrades gets me around it. Enabling the two directives mentioned by NightAngel doesn't help.
