[Feature request] Merge status feeds with activity feeds

Greetings,

Wow - IPS 4 is going to be great! One of the most significant improvements is the cross-component activity feed, which glues everything together in a modern and social way. It is exactly what members would expect in todays social media-oriented world.

While site-wide activity has been merged, status updates seems a bit excluded. They can only be seen through individual feeds, individual blocks, and individual pages. I think status updates are activities, too, and they deserve to be handled the same way.

I'd like to encourage my members to use the status functions more, and I think it would be easier if it was available with the rest of the activity.

Without knowing the IPS architecture, I hope my request can be implemented without too much trouble
